At DXS, we believe that it is our corporate social responsibility to promote sustainable design and practice ethical construction methods. We believe that for every project we undertake, it is more than business and it is our duty to minimize any negative impact on individuals and the environment.

Some of the methods in which DXS supports CSR include:

-Reduce materials impact through the selection of supplies, equipment and furniture.

-Waste reduction through recycling and re-using construction waste. Proper disposal methods of waste and surplus.

-Enforce strict employee safety procedures, such as fire prevention systems, safety training, first aid and emergency action plans.

By following green building standards, not only do we achieve our environmental objectives, but also save our client’s ‘green’ money in the long term.

An example of DXS’s success project is Matsu’s Flagship store in Shanghai (2011), where is has been recognized as a LEED Gold Level Project.

Anti-Corruption Policy outlines the principles that DXS follow to achieve zero-tolerance against bribery and corruption. The objective of our anti-corruption policy is to ensure that appropriate anti-corruption and bribery procedures are in place across the China to avoid any violations of relevant laws and regulations. We shall monitor compliance with our Anti-Corruption Policy.
